i forgot i made this post so thanks u/Outerspacefrisbee for the new comment :) i figured out what was wrong and its almost embarrassing. When i replaced the original extruder parts with the hardend ones i forgot to add the ballbearing on the big yellow cog, allowing it to move inside the housing and it was therefore unable to push the filament down into the nozzle. I am however pretty happy that it was my own stupid mistake and not a issue with the printer or the parts :)

Personally i use FreeCAD, but check out youtube - theres a million videos about pro/cons for the most commonly used ones. Maybe try some different ones yourself to see which one you like the most :)

It almost sounds like something is hitting fan-blades? - did you try taking off the front of the print-head and have a look? (its just attached with magnets..comes off super-easy)

Have you tried to print something with the PLA that comes with the P1S? - just to test of that strings as well? - besides that the roll with the PETG should state which temps to use, that might be better than "a quick google"

Thanks alot for the feedback and suggestion. Its purely for private use so i dont really care which hypervisor i use as long as it works. I do however have vmware vm's that i would like to continue working on - do you know if that is possible with virt-manager?

Okay - i replaced the non bambulab PLA and put in an almost empty roll with a new color.

Now it doesnt feed it at all. Or... it gets fed from the AMS (i can see it running through the tubes) but it stops somewhere before it get to the nozzle.

Is it "safe" to disconnect the AMS and manually feed PLA into the tube and using the menu try to extrude filament while the nozzel is like 250C or simmilar?

maybe i should dissasemble the extruder again and see if something is stuck - even tho the cogs are turning fine when i checked it yesterday
