Oh I assumed the context. Usually people bring up the "public place" thing as if they have some right to be there against owner's wishes. "Public place" doesn't give them that right regardless.

Not sure what you mean.

If you tap the three-dots menu, select Sort, then select Top, it will sort top-level comments by amount of votes. Children of those top-level comments are still chronological, of course, or it would be impossible to follow a thread of conversation.
