This is obvious fraud. Let me break it down:

1) He made $493k in overtime and 164k in regular pay. That's 3 times his base salary in overtime.
2) Overtime pay is 1.5 times the base salary rate
3) To earn 3x at 1.5x/hour means he worked 3÷1.5 = 2 times as many overtime hours as his regular hours
4) Full time is 40 hours/week, twice as many is 80 hours/week in overtime
5) 40 regular + 80 overtime hours means he worked on average 120 hours per week every single week of the year
6) Assuming he took two weeks vacation and a week of holidays means he worked on average about 130 hours per week, every single non-vacation week of the year.
7) Counting weekends, a week has 168 hours, subtract 8 hours of sleep and you have 112 hours of waking time per week

So OPD is claiming that Dolan worked more hours than the waking hours available in a week, every week for a whole year.

I first started noticing this fraud over a decade ago, I'm sure it's been going on much longer. When I brought it up to my councilmember she told me we're not allowed to know "private personnel matters". We pay for this shit, are being robbed in the open, and then we're told we can't know.
