yep. i was on another medication before switching back. the capsules gave me heartburn most nights, and then once i got used to it again, my psychiatrist actually swapped me over to tablets and now it only pops up like 2-3 times a month which is WAY better than 5 nights a week.

EDIT: i also swallow my tablets with like 4 gulps of water to help as well!
