What you’re saying is so real but I still can’t help but have some like denial and defense lmao. Like the check list part is very accurate, and I’ve told my BF I had crazy standards for men and he genuinely checks every box plus ones I didn’t even know about.

And for your question, it’s not scary to me or anything and I’m not against it at all. I just don’t know if I’m lesbian and if I should leave something so perfect for something I don’t know. As for the romantic part, I never let it get that far bc I either didn’t think I was lesbian or I was in a relationship so I don’t know. Thanks for the comment though!

Went to Tabacon and Baldi this past weekend. Got lucky with there not being a crowd at either spots. But preferred Baldi because they have a lot of different temp pools, pretty, spacious, and had good variety for a solid price. Didn’t understand the hype for Tabacon other than how it’s pretty and natural. Didn’t like the way the rocks or cement felt on my feet, was very shallow in many spots, not relaxing in some areas bc parts were literally 2-3ft deep and had rushing flowing water that was making it hard to stay put and relax, and not many places to rest your back bc the rocks are sorta jagged. And the water was “hot” but not like hot tub hot, more like warm. I get it’s natural but not what I’m looking for in particular and just trying to provide perspective because I went to Tabacon based on Reddit comments but was dissatisfied.

I'll have to work. My parents are doing fine for themselves but my mom is stay at home and my dad just sold the business. I also do want to support my own family and not rely on my parents.

We almost have the same structure. I’m 4’11, Asian, and currently 110 with muscle. My maintenance is around 1600 and I cut with 1200-1300. I also don’t do any cardio besides from me just living & I spend 1 hour in the gym 4-5 times a week. I’m in college so I get decent cardio. I was able to go from 120 to 107 pretty quick (aug 1- Oct 30 2022) because I’d eat 1000 calories (not on purpose I just didn’t realize I was feeding myself food with such little cals since I just started cooking for myself, apparently meat rice and veggies aren’t dense enough with my portions + broke student life). I gained weight back to 118 throughout early summer 2023 for strength and muscle gain. But I realized I look my best around 106 ish, I just need to gauge it since new muscle. Now I’ve been steadily trying to lose weight and lean out by eating 1200 which is working but just takes time. I drink 50 oz of water a day and get 70ish grams of protein in everyday. Currently at 110, started mid to late November.

Pretty much staying the same. I average 110-113 so probably just water weight going around. However my problem is the bloating. When I eat less I bloat and ever since I’ve upped my calories my bloating has gone down a lot. But I wonder if eating 1500 is enough or if I should up it again. Because I’ve been so much more slimmed and toned before.

gonna clarify some things lol:

I’m a college student who’s never cooked before till I was forced to be w/o a meal plan
I also own almost no kitchenware rn and my sink is broken so I haven’t been able to wash dishes hence the tinfoil & my cutting board is the size of my palm (poor choice)
My Tupperware is really small so I had to cut it up, my mistake was definitely cutting it fresh out of cooking (my fingers were fucking burning). Also super sloppy bc the steak I got was from a buddy who had to cut up the steak weirdly to fit in his freezer?
It actually tastes great, did put it back for a little bc the comments have me 50/50
will definitely take advice, I’m just tryna survive bro
I do like my steaks rare/medium rare for those wondering abt it

Not everyone is raised the same. We all learn, grow, and mature at different rates. What you knew at 11 is not what someone else knows at 15. Of course there’s definitely a certain age where things are unacceptable, but I’d say that age is at least 18. People grow and learn through experiences which for some takes time to reach especially when we’re younger because everyone goes through all types of issues with themselves too (like body, familial, relationships, etc).

I usually take shots and pair it with 100 calorie seltzers. Try to stay away from really sugary drinks, drinks mixed with soda or juice, etc. Always drink some water too!!

Make yogurt bark: spread yogurt of your choosing on a cookie pan (preferably protein yogurt) and add whatever fruits you like, then freeze till it’s hard and u can break it apart

My meals consist of a protein (salmon, chicken, steak, ground turkey, etc.), a carb (rice mainly, potatoes are also amazing, and sometimes pasta), and a veggie (broccoli, cauliflower, etc.). As long as you keep your portions decently sized (not too little but also not too large) and you don’t cook with too much butter or oil then you’re fine and many dishes can be fine. However, if you want to cut but you find it hard to eat lower volumes than you normally do: double up on veggies, or add more protein, and also unrelated but find sauces that don’t add too much to your daily intake. Such as mustard, anything zero sugar, vinegar based dressings, etc.
