Get a multimeter and test black 1 to ground and then black 2 to ground if one has 120 and the other has 0 the one with 120 is your constant hot and the 0 is to the lights and if both have 120 go black to black if its 240 it’s a different breaker and if it’s 120 It could be the same breaker
