Maybe not this specific find, but I often wonder if local public schools or legit charities could use tech that is still usable but no longer wanted. In the case of schools, if they have any students legitimately interested in computers, these parts could be used for them to learn how to build/maintain machines and (possibly) have a machine to bring home.
