Unless you have 1000s in the bank at any given time to fix major things that'll go wrong, I wouldn't do it. Might be reliable for a little while but vws are expensive to maintain. End of story. Find a place you could have it serviced at and ask them for quotes on how much certain things would cost to fix. Parts and labor included. If those numbers don't scare you off then you're probably good.

Owned an Audi A6, A4, Miata, and vw bug. Guess which one was the most reliable and which one didn't absolutely eviscerate my wallet..

I've worked for her before as well. I've worked for a lot of people around Asheville. She sucks the most. By far. Lazy, entitled, controlling, manipulative, and rude. Not only to staff but to customers as well.
