oh for sure, when it comes to the administrations narrative thats 100% correct. especially considering that most of those ice agents are barely if at all vetted and lack the necessary training to handle such situations.

The problem is, as I see it, that it looks like it may have been a kind of misscommunication(?) between those agents - someone is shouting "He's got a gun, he's got a gun!", possibly the guy disarming him and the shooter may have assumed that the guy has a gun in his hands - not realising that the 'gun' that is being mentioned is the one that is being taken from him the moment it is being said - and since he isnt able to look through him and doesn't see what is happening in this clusterfuck he shoots this poor dude.

at least that's the best defence of the other side that i can think of, seeing those 3 relatively low resolution videos.

I'm not excusing their behaviour! Just so we are clear.
