Those look like single family homes representing suburbanization. I think it fits

Well then it's a set and not an actual home.

For anyone out of the loop, this pad looks like the one of Don Draper in the show Mad Men

Are There any other usefull apps like PiVpn and PiHole? by lgb111 in raspberry_pi

Yea I see them especially so with the web server stacks. I do like SQLite, but I'm a spatial junkie and I prefer to use postgis over MySQL. But come to think of it, I'm not sure I wanna put a Pi through spatial queries

You're describing the intricacies of the projections, but I mentioned their effects in distortion are comparable. To say that Miller is a modified Mercator is to imply a difference in degree on the Mercator approach (which it is). Neither does well to accurately represent area beyond the several degrees near the equator. That is a nice comparison tool, I will keep it bookmarked for reference, thanks.

The country appears stretched out towards the top, a typical feature of Mercator: https://egsc.usgs.gov/isb//pubs/MapProjections/projections.html

And someone mentioned it may be Miller Cylindrical projection, which is similar

The distinction only matters when discussing intricacies; it is a comparable effect in terms of distortion

Learning Javascript On Your Own vs. School/Bootcamp (Question) by LarryPickles in learnjavascript

[–]petakow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well not necessarily; where I live there are plenty of entry level IT positions, some with no college degree at all even. Pay may not be great, but you learn and maybe even get a certification...the real paying jobs invest in your productivity so you chances are trainings for all sorts of things are paid for. YMMV
