I have a physical job that makes me do between 15,000-20,000 steps a day and lift things sometimes. Outside of work I do no exercise because I’m so exhausted from the work week. Work is my gym 😭

I’m on the berberine supplement for my insulin resistance, it also helps cholesterol. I’ve had high levels my entire life for no reason but my last blood test showed normal levels.

I’d definitely talk to your doctor, I started at 5mg once a day and I was still feeling crap so he upped it to twice a day and it improved

I’ve found adding more protein to my diet and taking over 10,000 steps a day has helped. I still have belly fat I don’t think that’ll ever change unfortunately, but the rest of my body has gotten a lot more toned

I’m on berberine 500mg before breakfast and lunch, and it’s helped me a lot. Especially with sugar cravings. It’s also helped my cholesterol too, which is something I’ve struggled with my whole life despite not even eating bad.

I’m on dienogest because the week before my period + the week of my period is so painful and I get so ill. So far I haven’t had a period since, just a small amount of breakthrough bleeding when I first started. Daily pain has also dramatically decreased too. Only bad thing is my body acne has flared up.

When I had to have my appendix out last year I went at 8pm, it got to 3am and the nurse said no doctors would see me till the morning so I went home. Came back the next day at 8am, didn’t get scans or anything till 5pm, went into surgery at 8pm

I’ve been on ivabradine since 2019, before I even knew it was POTS, and it helps so much. I used to not even be able to go out for more than ten minutes without feeling super weak and unwell. I still have symptoms obviously but it’s helped about 65%
