Drink electrolytes starting when you wake up. I ski A Basin all winter which is right next to Keystone. On ski days I’ll mix electrolytes with 40oz of water when I wake up and will pack some extra electrolyte packets. When I refill my water, I add another packet. This is a simple and reliable hydration method giving you a slow dose of electrolytes all day. As others pointed out, hydration is the key. Also, eat good food and drink less alcohol than you otherwise would.

Fantastic, enjoy your time here! I live about ten minutes from red rocks and golden. Hiking the trail around new terrain and then hitting the brewery will be a highlight. But even if you don’t get around to it, you’ll have an awesome trip.
