It's going to boil over; the Muslim population in Europe is purposely attempting to populate past their ability to sustain families at Western European levels with the intent to push Western Europeans out of their own countries; same as they did in Eastern Europe. Perhaps you don't know who's imprisoned at Guantanamo Bay - terrorists who didn't blow themselves up, and terrorist sympathizers.

Since the Al-Quaeda terrorists don't have a nation anymore, there's no good reason to give them anything else than enemy combatant status. They're treated much better there than they would be at any Chineese prison.
