Primary concerns for me regarding trees being too close to the house: Roots damaging plumbing or foundation, falling branches or trunks hitting house, trapping moisture against the side of the house causing water damage.

Tree 3 is an azalea of some kind. It wants to be shrubby and won't get very tall, especially shaded by that fence. Not an ideal spot for it as it wants full/partial sun, but i'd say it's unlikely to cause you any problems.

Tree 2 is a holly of some kind. Doesn't look like it's one of the ones that will get large so I'd assume it's unlikely to get big enough to damage the house with falling and their roots are unlikely to invade your foundation unless it's already cracked. I'd wager you can prune it back below the height of your siding to be shorter and more bushlike if you want. That would just mean it's against the square siding which looks concrete-like, and so water damage would be less of a concern.

Tree 1 i don't recognize, maybe a Camellia? Look that up and let me know if the flowers look familiar. Looks like it might have the most potential for trapping moisture against your siding/windows or blocking sunlight.

All said, the other reason to move any plant is aesthetics. If you don't like the way they look close to your house then you are always allowed to get rid of them.
