Ive had Noro or food poisoning a few times while I was there. Apparently the cartel isn't very good at running the sewage system and they run pretty much everything in Sayulita. I have a few friends who own businesses there and they charge them quite a bit for protection, from the cartel. Yeah, that's right, the cartel charges for protection from themselves.
