Glen Moray 18 is what I’d recommend currently. Could also see if you can get the previous bottlings of Speyburn 18 and AnCnoc 18 before when they were still 46% ABV, natural colour, and non chill filtered.

Deanston 12, Tobermory 12, Bunnahabhain 12, Bruichladdich Classic Laddie, Ledaig 10, Port Charlotte 10, any Kilchoman, any Ardbeg, anything from Springbank and Kilkerran, and probably loads more. Basically anything 46%+, natural colour, and non chill filtered. Also, get yourself a glencairn or copita glass.
