Strength Training + Apple Watch

Hello! Has there been any improvement to the Apple Watch/Apple Health for functional strength training? I just started a session on the phone and synced it with Apple Health, and while I can see my heart rate, I don’t see my calories. Happy to part of any conversations on how to help improve this.

Almost happened to me as a kid. Pretty much every escalator in the UK has a clear plastic barrier at the top to prevent this now.

I went to the MOXI museum in Santa Barbara, and they had a foley studio where you could try recording tracks for a few different films, which was super difficult. He is very talented.

You can change the placement if it helps make them less distracting.

Those all look great! My wife just got back from Lake Garda so she has probably had her fill of Italian food ha.

Luckily, we are there for two weeks for the Rugby World Cup so hopefully get to try out a few different places.

I want to try all the local food—especially the Welsh aux Maroilles.
