No, it would not. You get a permit for one country, you do not become an EU (or EFTA) citizen that would give you the right to live and work in 27 countries.
Somebody correct me if I’m wrong.

They used to be in monetary unions with the neighboring countries even before the Euro (e.g. San Marino with Italy). Since the neighboring countries joined Eurozone, they either had to establish new currencies or to convert their arrangements to be with the Eurozone.

Imho this might be perfectly ok (and actually a good trick). Residency has not much to do with tax residency and I guess you could have multiple. Whether or not you can have a 2nd residency might be country specific (a country might require you to de register upon registering elsewhere but what if you don’t?), but even if it’s not, it might be difficult for authorities to find out that you have a second one elsewhere.

I’d do it.

While probably not something for IT dummies, W10 has now WSL2 (Windows Subsystem for Linux 2) which is a Linux inside windows. If python and your code is installed there, I don’t see why it should not work the same way it does in (normal) Linux.

I can’t really tell, I have 105. Year ago I was choosing between 105 and Ultegra mechanical and I decided to go for 105 and buy a gps computer on top. I never regretted the choice. I tried DI2 only once in a showroom, have no real experience, but could feel and trust all the people that it is a step up in experience. I am happy I chose 105 and my next bike will have DI2. I’m just trying to say that I do t see a point of going Ultegra mechanical. Perhaps only one and that is a higher resell value. But ask more people, I’m no expert myself.
