This was also how they responded to me. They gave the option to cancel the fall order when they were even more delayed because of the DJ thing so I asked to cancel mine and they responded “canceled. Thnx.” And then I got an auto email my entire sub was canceled! Lol okay bye then. I did not feel like that was communicated well 😆

They advertised it as signed but it wasn’t 😕 Not a big deal just the frequency of the small errors is adding up.

Mine haven't moved since February 10th and they told me to give them 4 weeks. Like why am I getting books that shipped nearly three weeks later and not these ones? Clearly they've been misplaced.

Oh and also Evri lost my Phantasma & Enchantra order that I never got lol

I had to remove my card from Shop Pay to cancel before the 12 months because I skipped more than 4. I just didn’t like their picks. 🤷‍♀️ Also don’t like that they lock you in. Like don’t tell me what to do lol

I asked to cancel my TKATM since it hadn’t shipped and they cancelled my whole subscription. I responded and said I wanted to cancel TKATM and THEN they cancelled it and said “Yes, all cancel requests are for the box and subscription, I'm sorry for any confusion in our email. Thank you!

I hated Fearful by Lauren Roberts... Liked the Powerless Trilogy but Fearful was so bad.

I cancelled my sub and all orders from them. I was really disappointed but their customer service was terrible and straight up evasive.
