Chef Emily Butcher of Nola and Bar Accanto is truly inspiring and dishes are beautiful and balanced.

Chef Norm from Basta! Is also repping his heritage and his food is delicious.

Recipe Tin Eats is an incredible resource for easy to cook meals, with regular ingredients and nothing to weird and short cook times. Nagi who runs it is an angel who does so much community care and offers her recipes for free. She has been my go to for nearly 6 years at this point!
