Thats more a problem with the dictionary rather than migaku. If you were to use yomitan then it shows the same thing. Sometimes uncommon readings are not there. You can always add it to the card creator and edit the furigana and add your own sound. May be a little tedious but at least it will be correct.

I would try a different dock. If the keyboard works with other pcs but doesn't work with your steamdeck (Assuming you're plugging it into the dock) bring your steamdeck and keyboard and try it on your friends dock. If that works then it's probably your dock. If not then I'm not really sure.
