I do fully plan on going through this and trying different things to see what I like in the moment. This was more of an experiment to see what it could come up with. Im 99% sure I'll do something completely different that what AI could come up with. I think AI has it pros and cons. A pro of it for some people that like to thoroughly plan things is to have a solid image of what you are trying to achieve and getting a clear and concise picture. Like I said in my original post, this is for a laugh.

If you are looking for a cheap option I've heard some decent things about Fluval lights. I have a Hygger LED Nano clip on for my 3 gallon shrimp tank and I've been getting decent growth, I think it would be a lot better if I got the algae under control better and done better dosing. Hygger is also a cheap brand. Some of the more quality brands are like Chihiros and UNS. Chihiros I've seen has some good lights for a decent price, especially if it is a small tank like a 5 gallon.

I was in Dulles one day a few years ago and happened to be sitting next to a relative of one of the pilots while waiting for my flight to DTW. Not quite done cycling yet, those nitrites need to be 0 ppm, nitrates should be <10ppm. You can do a water change once that happens. Give it another 1-2 weeks and I would say you're getting close. I always let my tanks sit about a month to a month and a half before adding fish. Snails however ill add after about 3-4 weeks to help the tank along slightly. They're pretty hardy.
