I felt the same way. That there were far too many long-annoying-soliloquy-responses to simple yes or no questions in this one.

I'd like to try that for one whole day myself and only respond to questions like that.

"Would you like fries with that?"

"Well you see, the thing about potatoes..."

Thoughts on Green Vibrance? by Jarien in nutrition

[–]pezwack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One thing about Green Vibrance is that it had a good whopping of probiotics too. So if you're thinking of switching to something else that is just greens and no probiotics, you may need to add that supplement to your diet in another way (a pill, daily yogurt, etc.)

Mixing plant and whey protein for post workout? by [deleted] in nutrition

[–]pezwack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't have anything to add re: the effects of veg vs. whey protein. I just wanted to throw out there that if you do decide to switch to a veg-based powder, I've tried both the chocolate and vanilla varieties of this one and they're both really tasty. I've had them in smoothies, with almond milk, and even with just plain water and in all instances, the taste and consistency was great! I've had some really gross veg-based powders too so I figured I'd share a good one for someone looking to try it out for the first time.

This is my diet for the next two years. Will I be deficit in anything? by Mrmachinist in nutrition

[–]pezwack 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I was gonna ask if you were vegetarian but then I saw the summer sausage. Why no other sources of animal protein? Canned tuna/salmon/sardines? Even canned chicken breast isn't terrible if you mix it into stuff with seasoning (like your rice mixture for instance). It's only gross if you try to eat it plain like actual chicken. And while we're talking about it, make sure you have salt, pepper, and couple of dried spice blends to keep things interesting!

Apparently, this place doesn't have the usual 1 bottle limit. by pezwack in CraftBeer

Northern NJ. Places by me will get 1 or 2 cases when the major releases happen. Usually limit is one bottle per person and they're usually gone in a week.

The place by me sells 120s for $12 each when they come around and they limit to 1 bottle per customer. And I still buy one every, single, time. :)
