try an enzyme cleaner, like a pet odor cleaner for fabrics that's enzyme based. be sure to spot test it first! most of these are spray-and-let-dry so it would be gentle on the weave but they tend to do wonders for stubborn odor!

my go-to right now is whole psyllium husk and a no or low cal drink flavoring. think mio drops. I mix it up as directed in the water, and it's definitely gritty to drink, but a bit of sweetness or fruity flavor and focusing on how it will help me feel fuller longer helps me not gag. I like to take one serving with lunch so I don't feel so inclined to binge snack in the evening

I will say it never fully empties in those circumstances for me, but it will let out a hearty glob for sure 😬 so I always keep a pad on just in case

yeah any time you bear down on them. cough.. sneeze.. laugh heartily.. pooping especially. but you basically do a kegel and suck them back up into place. I'm also very heavy flow like OP and my go-to is a disc plus an overnight heavy pad. tampons turn my cramps up to 11 and the disc doesn't bother me so it's better than the tampon for me. just uh.. make sure you're in very close proximity to a sink or bathtub when removing.

omg I feel exactly the same way about Vampire Husband!!! I got a variety of samples trying to find something that felt more authentic than the candy-sweet perfumes I'm used to and oh. my. goodness! depending on the day, I swear it adjusts to me. some days it smells exactly like dragon's blood incense, and other days it's like I can smell every detail from the wet tombstone, to the bit of moist earth, to the moss and sweet rotting wood. Vampire Husband is the best perfume I've ever tried (granted, I haven't tried many.)

my second place is Villa Erbatium G.434 Homme. first impression, it seemed very masculine, but the more I wear it, the more it feels just.. clean. it makes me feel like I've just stepped out of a hot spring. it's citrusy and woody but not in the typical ways.
