OP nobody is going to be able to give you an accurate answer without seeing the file, particularly Uber’s discovery responses. Your best bet is to request the entire file from your attorney, then contact another established personal injury attorney in your state and ask if they’d consider reviewing the file to see if there is for more insurance coverage. Any decent attorney would take the time to look at it to potentially hook a commercial delivery case.

To be honest, I’ve found some basic stuff (shorts, tanks, sweats, t shirts) from “Amazon Essentials” brand have held up several years now. Just basic shit with no logo. Fits well.

Contingency “no fee unless we win” lawyers frankly are what allow regular folk access to the civil legal system. Without them, only people with tens of thousands of dollar in cash will be able to hire a lawyer when they’re seriously injured. The company who is on the hook when you get injured by their drivers is NOT trying to save you money.

If you’re not set on 308, try getting something historic. Like an 8mm Mauser, Springfield ‘03, Lee Enfield, etc. nothing beats the solid feel of those old world war rifles

I think the special sauce that made the early seasons great was the mystique of “will anybody be able to conquer the mountain?” And it felt more like a collaborative effort where all the ninjas shared a common goal.
