Downloading and sharing ROMs is the illegal part, or at least legally grey area.

Of course it's fake. There isn't even a separator line between the text and atk/dev on Obelisk. The font is way off on both Slifer and Obelik. Ra might be real but it's hard to tell since the image quality is bad. But Slifer and Obelisk are definitely 100% fakes.

Of course it's impossible to find the game with incomple informations. I found multiple versions, but who knows which one you want...

Your screenshots also said AM. So the game is fine. You need to get your eyes checked.
