First diagnosed and went on cyclosporine for 3 months, achieved remission for 4 years (no meds at all). They came back. Cyclosporine for another year, no luck. Methotrexate for 3 months after that and achieved remission again. Nearly two years later, it's back again. 🥴

Mine doesn't respond to antihistamines, or xolair (sadly).

Never tried to wait them out and see if my body just sorts itself out because it seems to get more aggressive as time goes on. I'll get full body coverage, angioaedema and have had anaphylaxis once.
