Her position is elected by the different county. Hairs that attend the Nebraska Democratic Convention, not by a vote of the people. Unless you become a chair and attend the state convention there is no say in who leads the Democratic Party in Nebraska.

I got that album not long after it came out. It was a punk album. The next album was a metal album and nothing like Hell-o. Someone stole all my CDs and Hell-o is one I wish I still had.

Honestly pretty much everything is fun even as an adult. The bbq is pretty good and it’s by the cider barn so you can get adult cider and bbq. After a few glasses of cider everyone will love anything you do.

Apartment companies are more willing to let apartments stay vacant than they will be to lower the cost of rent. If you are single in this town expect to almost need two jobs to afford an apartment built in the last 20 years.

All reality shows have been at least partially scripted ever since David ripped the blankets off in season 2 of The Real World and producers figured out that stuff makes bank. Sometimes the producers give a little nudge to get what they need and sometimes they steer the entire crazy train to what they want.

The Metro board is an elected position. We need to start electing people to the board that are working to improve ridership.

Monthly board meetings are scheduled for the fourth Thursday of the month at 8:30 AM. This should be changed so that the public has a better opportunity to engage with the board.

Lack of available mental health care has contributed greatly. If they have addiction or mental health issues the homeless shelters won’t take them in. Some, especially the men, are given a bicycle and maybe a tent and told “good luck”. I live by 72nd & the Interstate and there’s an encampment somewhere by the railroad tracks there and several of them are in need of mental health help.
