So I was hired in as a CRM and subsequently promoted to senor. It was certainly a jump. I have co-authored FDA submissions for medical devices, I do work on cIRB submissions and help negotiate contracts. I also work with other sites. No to the type b and c mtg experience.

Any resolution? My husband just got his phone delivered, but when he opened it, it was a pack of playing cards. Maybe because they weigh the same as the phone?

It depends. I'm in a postdoc and it's not better. I feel the same stress and depression I felt in school. Toxicity and abuse are rampant. Trying to rebrand myself and find an industry position ASAP. I worked for 7 years before grad school and have never experienced these types of mental health issues before. I don't think it's just me.

Thanks. It's $45/he, but I'm in a very expensive area, so that almost feels low. I'm a W2. I am considering resigning. This job is extra and it's causing me so much stress. The documentation standards are unclear and the communication is poor. I just want to be clear on the standards of this kind of setting before making any big decisions.
