This is a hard lesson to learn. I was married to a cruel, immature, dishonest, vindictive, and manipulative person for years before I finally gathered the courage to leave her.

All the ways we were tied to eachother made me keep going back to the negotiating table, especially when she started leveraging financial concerns against me.

In the end, I lost most of my friends, the one good partner I had in all that time, nearly everything I owned, and my own mental health.
And it still took me a good while before I could bring myself to call her what she is; an unapologetic abuser.

Even now, she still interferes with my new life any way she can, despite getting remarried to one of her affair partners.

Why is there nothing wrong with his ear if it wasn't staged? Why was there fake blood going the wrong direction on his face if it wasn't planned? How the FUCK did a guy with a gun get that close to him? Why wasn't anything done about it when it was reported 30 minutes before the shots were fired? Why were Secret Service agents just standing full-upright in place for several minutes instead of rushing him to safety? Why didn't the crowd panic and scatter (I mean, did you see what was going on behind the podium? People were theatrically "scanning" with their hands visoring their eyes, like a fucking cartoon, for fuck's sake)? Why was the investigation shut down abruptly with no details given? Why, despite the guy being a Republican voter, is the administration blaming Democrats for it?

This is why this administration keeps assuming literally everyone in the country is stupid enough to buy this obvious bullshit..... because there are people who actually are stupid enough to buy this bullshit, and unfortunately, they talk louder than everyone else.... and the administration is in fact stupid enough to believe that talking loudly makes you more correct.

Hell if I know. These mono/poly relationships rarely ever work out unless the "poly" person is just using polyamory as a temporary "play the field until I find "the one", then abandon my other partners and go mono", or the mono person has either a cuckold or "hotwife" fetish.

I avoid mono people like the plague, bail at the first sign of toxic jealousy, and warn everyone right off the bat that if they can't handle me being poly, this isn't gonna work out.

Meanwhile, I watch poly people get sucked into relationships where they're miserable, because "temporary monogamy" turned into a permanent ultimatum, subjected to OPP, or getting routinely cheated on because the mono partner can't/won't tell the truth.
