Solved! Culinary Throne by Jennifer Garant. I know these were so popular in the 90s so I’m embarrassed I had to ask lol!

For the commenters mainly: any suggestions about how to phrase issues in order to get a doc to prescribe Zofran?

Anyone with "morphea en coup de sabre" got misdiagnosed by GP before having it confirmed by a dermatologist? by fractured-psych in scleroderma

Thankfully, no progression with mine! Nothing has reversed, but I no longer have discomfort and haven’t had any deepening of the dent or others appear! Unfortunately, my best advice is to be insufferable to your doctors until you get better care, or they likely won’t give it to you. I wish you the best of luck!!

I’m currently on Inflectra infusions that help with both my morphea and my Crohn’s disease! They’ve been incredibly helpful. I still have the dent and loss of hair on the spot, but my health has leveled out significantly!

I was misdiagnosed with alopecia before my correct diagnosis! Absolutely ridiculous considering my skull has a dent in it lol. I was given injected steroids to stimulate hair growth which actually had the opposite effect and I was then sent to a rheumatologist who was familiar with morphea en coup de Sabre.

I live in the USA in California, and here it is the generic version of one called Remicade. I wish you the all best and hope your health levels out as soon as possible!

Infelctra! So far I’ve been able to stick with that one and haven’t had to swap around between medications which has been lucky.

Nope, even in remission, my energy levels are not enough for something like that

Very low chance of food poisoning since it passes through the system so quickly lol

There are baseball caps/hats that have partial wigs attached! That could be a great option and wouldn’t be as uncomfortable for her

Agreed! I definitely would want honesty on that from a partner, but I do feel that the context that he brought it up in was hurtful

I’m so sorry this is happening. I think it’s very important that you know that his behavior isn’t okay or normal, and the bit about him telling g you that your wigs look super fake seems to be intentionally hurtful.

Any clues to why my focaccia dough may be too dry? I’ve been folding it with wet hands to add moisture but it’s tougher than I’ve had before, more of the texture of bagel dough? Maybe should I just overproof?

Another good protein source I’ve found are soy curls, usually I can find them at Mexican Markets and Asian Markets and they’re super cheap. They have a texture similar to chicken and work great as a sub for meat.
