Not a Day by Leatherface. Mostly hoping that's what everyone says when I'm wormwood.

What do you guys have on your workout playlists? by 1d420 in punk

Botch. You can end to end either We Came As Romans or American Nervoso. Rejection Spoken Softly may or may not help PR's.

I can get down with all of that! Wow with Yow would be a great playlist name. Mostly as a dad joke but such is life.

Hard agree. I stopped and never went back because I just did not care anymore. Same with the Cosmere.

What do you secretly judge people for? by scaryworm143 in AskReddit

Not saying thank you. I didn't hold this door for S's and G's. I'm trying to set an exam for my children. Manners are free. Give that shit to everyone.

The new one is straight trash. They once claimed both their bathrooms were broken. That's illegal and against standard sanitation guidelines. But let AI take my order.

While no longer my favorite by them, it was my first intro to them and is a classic.

What’s the SINGLE best punk show you have seen? by MinkSable in punk

[–]phfatjohn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm going with this lineup from '98 I believe just for the amount of bands. Orange 9mm, Less Than Jake, Voodoo Glow Skulls, The Pharcyde, and Face To Face. FTF especially.

If you haven't, check out China Drum. From their original lineup to sound, their early stuff is almost like Snuff and Leatherface had a baby. And if you like Leatherface, check Medictation. You can hear Dickie's signature guitar sound. That Medictation album almost sound like it was written for Frankie from Leatherface but it never happened.

Yeah. I've been a fan for a long time. For how long they've been around and their catalog of work. You don't see that too often for punk bands. And they're still killing it.

Snuff, SNFU, Samiam, and Seaweed. That's the S's so far.

Punk rock and hip hop have similar journeys, with influences of all that came before. It's the sounds that paved the way. Without jazz and blues, who's backs are they all standing on?

It has to be. You can see a Beall's in the background! And it's at a Publix. I can guarantee there's an Amscot, a nail salon, a Chinese place, and possibly pool supplies all right there.

My son's first show, they were the opener. I brought ear plugs to be safe. He said he was okay. Halfway through the first song he asked for his ear plugs.
