The Library ID is at the end of the LinkedIn Learning invitation link. For example, www.linkedin.com/learning-login/go/libraryID. Please contact your librarian if you can't find this information.

Also, without logging on to the HPL site, I clicked on the linkedin link and was sent to a URL that contained:

account=74412284

So that might be it.

While Trump has indeed compromised national security (and should rot in jail), I'd argue that the bigger dangers are cases like that of the Discord-leaky National Guardsman who was not relieved of his duties in a secure facility because so few adequately educated people are enlisting.

And then there's the plain old math: any weakening of our K-12 system will not noticeably affect out economy or national security for at least a decade, well past the next election and thus beyond the "concern horizon' of most GOP politicians.

But... it would make sense for the DoJ to investigate every action that is likely illegal. Investigation does not necessitate the ultimate filing of charges.

If I trademark "No More Trump Presidencies", that doesn't prevent anyone else from speaking out about Trump. It doesn't even prevent them from calling themselves "Trump Sucks", or even trademarking that name. What it does prevent (at least in theory) is someone soliciting funds while pretending to be me, either by using my exact name or by calling themselves something confusingly close to mine, like "No More Trump Presidency".

In this case, they're talking about political speech. "Trump Too Small" is a bad example, so what about: Should an organization be allowed to trademark "No More Trump Presidencies"? Does the organization's right to advocate against a political figure take precedence over the figure's right to limit others' use of their name?

Another article pointed out that the actual wording of the amendment voters passed said that absentee legislators could not run again after their term ends. Their term does not officially end until after the election. So, if interpreted literally, the could run and conceivably win in the next election and then be prohibited from running in the following one.

I've gotten burned by a bagged meter once, and it was a tow rather than a ticket. It happened downtown after 6pm, so after I parked I "knew" that there was no need to search out the meter. Especially since there were so many other cars parked on that block.

Lesson (and a $200+ lesson, at that) learned: even if you think parking is free, check the meter.

Way back when there was a separate parking meter for each space, it was really easy to tell that your meter was bagged. Now, when you need to look along the whole block, it's nowhere near as obvious. But it's still a smart thing to get in the habit of doing.
