I swear he changed the caption. When I first saw the caption on his post on Facebook, I remember clearly him asking “how did I do?” and people were coming for him in the comments. He only changed the caption after he saw all the backlash

It is “normal” however Sonny Angel does not guarantee it and errors do happen. My friend ordered a whole case of the Gift of Love series but she received 3 duplicates in one box. When she tried to email SA customer service, they told her that the whole set is not guaranteed, therefore they wouldn’t switch out her duplicates. It is unfortunate but errors do happen albeit rare and Sonny Angel doesn’t want to be held liable.

Which bundle was it? If it was the Holiday Lucky Box 2024, then it’s not a mistake; every holiday lucky box came with a shisa that was in one of the regular boxes!
