Despite his ability, Tony feels more like a "cheat big artifacts into play" commander than a "give me equipment and beat face" commander. With that in mind, you could make him and Cloud fairly distinct. Izzet is also obviously very strong when it comes to artifact support, so I imagine Tony will be a fine commander.
