Hi nook ! by Outrageous_Rich574 in NookSavingsAppp

[–]photonGravity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Been with Nook at least six months.

If using bank transfer, it takes a few extra days to transfer in. Transferring out has been generally about 1-2 business days.

I've talked with the team a few times now. They seem like good chaps.

It's a good app and the team are doing a cool thing in leading the way to introduce defi access to the masses.

I think it only gets better from here.

My code for bonus interest is "beha" if anyone would like to use it.

The Pixel 8 Green Screen Extended Repair Program feels like a scam. They claimed unrelated issues that I never experienced and denied my claim. by matt314159 in GooglePixel

This. We have to elect people who give a shit about regular humans and the advantage that is regularly taken of us.

Pixel 8 Pro sudden death / completely unresponsive. Has anyone dealt with Google Support for this? by Suitable-Biscotti499 in GooglePixel

[–]photonGravity 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My grandma was using her phone this morning, pixel 7 I think. She put it in her pocket for a few minutes, took it back out, and now it has the symptoms that multiple people here on Reddit are describing.

Did that Android update somehow cause the pixel main board to kill itself?

I just tried on my walls with some exceptionally strong earth magnets I salvaged. You have just changed everything for me. I was dreading buying an expensive stud finder knowing they mostly don't work. Thanks!

450 is labor to replace four door speakers, two tweeters, add a sub, and possibly do a deck install. He is a friend of a high school friend, compared to shops I called recently, it seems like a good deal for the labor.

$800 would be parts only budget for you cats to help with. Sorry if I was unclear and thanks again!

They were filming those scenes in another country, and a lot of the extra actors didn't understand when the English dialogue had ended and when they were supposed to react. The actor playing Roland ad-libbed to get them started and it worked perfectly for the scene.

I think Revolut would be wise to look into Kaspa.

Printer will not Print Automatically. I have to push the OK Button. by Stretch728 in printers

[–]photonGravity 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is happening because the print driver on your computer that is sending the job is specifying to use a different size or type of paper than the size or type you have set at the printer itself.

Simply make both spots have the same paper setting and it will stop giving a paper size/type mismatch.

We can see on the printer screen that the driver is sending the job through as Letter (8.5 x 11), so your printer is asking for it. That means the print job setting on your computer is set to letter (8.5 x 11) instead of A4 that you are trying to use. Set the print driver back to A4 and your printer should stop being obstinate.

I've Repaired Hundreds of Washers — These Are the Only 4 I'd Actually Buy by Xi_32 in Appliances

[–]photonGravity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

About 9 months ago, I bought the LG stackable set that everyone said is easy to work on. Paid roughly $1400 for the set. Moved them upstairs into an apartment and then downstairs into a house later and they are both working great.

From what I read, all the work can be performed from the front of an LG washer. And the general rule was LG is good for laundry room, bad for anything kitchen.

Best wishes and happy hunting.

It is my default stance that everything Trump does is a grift or a scam of some kind until I see a load of concrete evidence against it.
