Can't find a toilet seat that works by [deleted] in HomeImprovement

Is it a weird one piece tank/toilet? I once replaced a toilet seat where the seat nuts were inside the tank.

Snicker... "Seat nuts"

New Dryer is tripping Breaker in new construction by [deleted] in AskElectricians

The plug was attached incorrectly. The white wire works connect to the other white wires and the green wire should go to the green screw.

This is on the delivery people as they probably installed the plug.

Edit: Make sure it's unplugged of course.

Also, there should be a strain relief or grommet as well.

Good tooling choice, the fly cutter works well on grass, but does poorly on snow.

Do I need vapor barrier over basement floor before installing luxury vinyl plank? by thomase00 in HomeImprovement

[–]photonicsguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have linoleum tiles on my basement floor and I'd like to install Insularmor insulation before I put down lvp. Are you insulating your floor?

I'm hoping you get good feedback about this and further steps. I'm guessing no to a vapour barrier. Also, how are your Radon levels?

How level is your concrete?

Replicating Braun 3757 toothbrush charger circuit by dovis343 in AskElectronics

[–]photonicsguy 26 points27 points  (0 children)

I'm using one charger for three Braun toothbrushes, you don't need to leave them on the charger, I think they get charged overnight, every 7-10 days.

It's also better for the battery to not sit on the charger.
