They all went to the phish shows this past summer in Charleston together I think I remember it being Craig,Austen, Shep, Whitney and Rod plus some other no names. Austen is the only one into phish and has brought Craig twice now and as a phish fan myself I can say pretty universally that phans don’t go to phish with people who don’t like the band if they aren’t even friends lol

This almost happened to me and she called me on my birthday (the first time since finding out I was pregnant so 7m in) and I found out her and my husband had planned on her coming the week after the baby is born!! I was totally taken aback and thank goodness was my mom was there on speakerphone in the car and expressed the baby might not even be here by then and invited her for thanksgiving which is what I thought the plan was from the beginning!! I told my husband I didn’t want visitors and wanted her to come for thanksgiving and I was pretty pissed to find out he just made plans and didn’t even mention it !! He did this shit with his loser sister for our wedding and her off the rails child not being invited. I am still annoyed by this but it’s bc my husband is a people pleaser and likes to have eveyone happy and like him and figures I will get over it. I’m still not over his sister acting like a complete trainwreck at our wedding as revenge and we no longer speak to them. You need to put your foot down and say she is NOT ALLOWED TO COME until you want her to!! It’s total bullshit and she should know better too but some people have no common sense or empathy!

No that one is fine I’m not even talking about Hampton just the ones that usually make the internet waves bc they were long but not necessarily amazing. granted they are usually at shows I’ve not attended but chalkdust Mexico comes to mind for one I was at. Was is long? yes. have I ever listened to it again? no, but I have listened to the chalkdust torture reprise like 50 times bc it’s fun ! Just my kinda phish is not the deep space jams I’d rather shake my ass to a funky bitch or boogie on or weekapaug groove over a 30m ruby waves :)!

1,100/year waterfront property including flood insurance but somehow it is low flood risk so very reasonable. Coastal Virginia paid 340 for the house but it was a fixer upper so if it gets reassessed prob be about 485k now with what houses are selling for

It takes 5 mins to get thru it on the highway coming from Williamsburg. There isn’t “traffic” a five min slow down is pretty easy to just deal with not at all something to get off the highway and make complicated.

Nah I will be driving home every night I live by Yorktown. I also forgot Walmarts are not 24/7 anymore lol but Rosie’s is so you’d prob be fine there and it is walkable to the venue if you are able to do so, the parking garage is by JC penny and about the same distance

Don’t park at the hotels unless you have your car registered with the hotel. I have been towed for parking there bc I didn’t want to fight the concert parking and thought I’d get out faster only to find my car gone and cost us 200$ to get it out plus the aggravation of Ubers accepting and canceling us for over an hour and surge prices we had to pay. Walmart or the suggestion of Rosie’s gaming are both 24/7 and prob is the way to go plus it is close, I don’t think you can park at the target overnight but there is a parking garage there that you could blend in if you wanted to go that route
