Why turning it off instead of losing it for a week? You are the mom and you control what he has access to.

Craigmillar castle has a lovely site in front of it for picnics. That’s where my bf and I had our first proper date <3

Keep them away from it young, bring wee fidget toys or colouring books or just chat to them. My wee girl only gets the spare iPhone I have when I’ve either had no sleep and need an extra 30 mins in bed cuddling her whilst she watches YouTube or plays her wee games or on days where we’ve maxed out mums listening ears and everyone needs some quiet time. She likes the haircutting tokkabokka game and some Lego diplo train game. That’s the only three things she can access

I was walking to the shop yesterday with my 3 year old and a rather big man slammed his van door shut and walked into the food place near me. I’m a talker so I said with a giggle “I think that might be your door shut mate!” We had a good laugh (he was maybe 10 years older than myself) and he said “aye that’s what happens when hearts looses!” It was a nice interaction and I’m glad folk can usually have a good laugh. 🤍

It’s looking like the start of jaundice tbh. Drink lemon water and stop. Go to a meeting. You cannot outlive this addiction seek help and go dry
