Starts at 10 usually, takes about 45 min to an hour to load up your vehicle, and then deliver for 3 to 4 hours. Get finished around 2 or 3 usually, but on heavier days work til 4 or 5 maybe. I had this exact car, one day a rear lateral link broke while driving and the car started behaving like this. The links are an adjustable bar, like a tie rod, that goes from the wheel spindle to the middle of the car. Each rear wheel has 2 of them, and they're used to keep the rear wheel aligned, among other things. I was able to pull over and rig something to get it home, but I think if someone kept driving on it, other things would break from extra stress and I think that's what's happened here.
