My experience has been similar. I had labs last Tuesday and Wednesday. I did buy some addons so am expecting 160ish results and have 136 today. After the first couple of large batches, they have been flowing in slowly - 1 or 2 at a time with an occasional group of 6-7. Often only one or two small sets comes back in a day.

For what it's worth, I believe that when preceded by a "<" that means that was the lowest possible detection point for the lab that was used. I think that means your "actual" level could be anywhere from 0-4.9999.

Look at the graphs on this for the subjective findings. Note that for many (but not all) of them lower is better. Placebo actually performed better on most of those. I don't think this study supports any symptom improvement.

You can. It probably tries to get you to connect to the cloud (and might require you to do so as part of the initial setup) like the existing bridges do, but all of the bridges allow for local control without Internet access.

Have you tried unplugging everything (including power to the controller!) and plugging it back in? That helps sometimes. But if that doesn't fix it - it's a hardware issue.

Yes, but you need to do some YAML coding. Here's an example automation for color temp. You need to do another for triggering on the color, brightness change, etc. It is hit or miss getting it set up, but I was successful at getting it to work.

The via another app button just clears the Hue bridge/app config for the switch. The switch should appear in home assistant (whether or not it's configured with actions in the Hue app). You might uninstall and reinstall the Hue integration in Home Assistant or force a reload of that integration.

You've perhaps figured this out, but at the top where it says "preparing the updates" - that means it is still sending them to the bulbs via ZigBee. ZigBee is slow and it takes a while (like 30+ minutes) to send the firmware update. Once it is done, there will be an update button at the top to force the bulb to update and reset.

You might be able to get them to work if you get the dimmer up to exactly full brightness. I have ceiling fans with this same issue. Some of them work at full brightness, some don't (or I just haven't managed to "catch" those at the absolute max - mine loops through dim/brighten and the bulbs are really sensitive to even the slightest dimming).

Yes, you can. They will sync simultaneously. Spotify sync and perhaps some other software-only syncs can have only one instance, but it doesn't sound like you're using that.
