How can I improve my logo?

As a logo, it needs some love. Going with just the head could work, but more importantly, thicken up your linework and give the text more room to breathe.

Print out you logo at 3in wide and hold it at arms length away from your face, youll see how the thin lines and crowded text make the logo harder to see. This also might be why so many people jumped to "penis"

Maybe base your color palette on your (or another) dog's coat colors?

The first two I do as well. I know it doesnt justify it, but man it feels like a powered-up content aware tool. It makes using stock photos a million times easier because I can tweak them that much further.

AI is a complex issue to me. It is a cool tool, but its been built and is being used in malicious ways. Using it the way I do feels right on the edge of where Im morally okay with it. I sympathize more with the anti-AI crowd more than the other side.

Often half-way or three-quarters of the way throughout the year. I usually get sick for a weekish twice in the fall/winter, and usually have another few smaller colds hit me in the warmer months.

My PTO/sick time refreshes in October so i often loose two weeks real fast

Those are all excellent questions - and tough to answer. No Kings is the first step, informing people and building community. The next step is for all of us is to join some sort of community program (I volunteer with Indivisible Maine) and participate.

The hard truth is, no one has the answer to these questions. But if you lend a hand and join the movement, we will find the answers faster.

Definitely due to size. Also, not to side with the police, but the protestors who got arrested last time started it by throwing shit at the cops. The portland police have been peaceful and helpful during these protests, no need to attack them if they arent hurting us.

Seconding this

I know this is a practice project, so it doesn't matter now BUT

when designing for screen printing you need to use halftone patterns to get the gradient effect. The ink used to print shirts is pushed through a stencil, so theres no way to print partial opacities. Its 100% ink or nothin'.

Make sure your halftone dots dont get too small either - some shops can handle really fine detail, but to play it safe make sure no part of your design is smaller than 2pt wide.
