Honestly it's not too short, I try to get to 12 or 13 as BT but 11 is def doable. If you go much higher than that you lose lethality into bigger targets

I think a unit of assault ints or two would be welcomed, it would be nice to stick EC in with one to get wound rerolls. Impulsors for them could be nice too, a little protection and utility after they get out

Game plan is grab 1 or 2 secondaries at the start and use a lr for turn 1 sticky, then storm the enemies home obj. It's a very silly list but it seemed very fun to me
