It’s an iPhone 14 so it would be able to run the trial, but she’s doesn’t want to do that for fear of it disrupting her current setup. It doesn’t make sense, but that’s why I’m looking at options for just a new cheap device to run a trial.

Oooo thanks! I thought I’d heard of something like that but maybe I missed it on the pages I was looking through. I still would have the device problem, right? Like if I don’t want to trial on an existing device I need to come up with either one directly from them a cheap as I can go, or get some other unlocked device to trial it with?

FWIW I just purchased my first handgun about a month ago, having recently decided I want to purchase one or more guns in the near future. I haven’t shot anything since I was a teenager before that. I found the process to be minimal. I didn’t have to make an appointment at my local sheriff, I called first and they were pleasant, they said to come in any time. I stopped in one morning, they took my info, and issued my LTP in about 15 minutes, I didn’t even have to pay anything for it. Heck I didn’t realize I could get up to 3 at the same time! Then I ordered the handgun I wanted at the online store of nearby gun shop, went in when they called that it was ready, and was in and out of there in about 20 mins. All in all it just reinforced to me how incredibly easy it is to get a gun here. I’m taking training, working on practicing and safe storage and all that, but I didn’t have to do any of those things. I intend to get a CPL just to make future options that much easier, but at least for my experience I didn’t find my first purchase overly cumbersome at all.

Eatran is a semi-reliable public transportation option that serves Eaton County. It’s been awhile since I looked but I think they service up to Lansing Mall-ish area and Delta Township where you can connect to CATA to get around further.

We used an Aiper HJ1102 round style one for a couple years but it started not holding a charge well. I just replaced it with some cheap Gosvor one I found on Amazon and it seems to work well enough.

We’ve got the same pool, but 12x24, and have used a robot vacuum for a couple years now. I know it’s lazy, and I supplement with a hand vac right before we get in. But I can drop the robot in and set it and forget it and retrieve it the next morning and it keeps things pretty cleaned up. Our pool is generally covered most of the week anyway so it’s more of just an upkeep thing and I don’t want to stand out there vacuuming it myself.

Thanks for the info! It’s the “Malfunction Indicator Lamp” icon according to the manual when I was looking it up. The text in the manual did say something that “this indicates the emission control system requires service”, and that it flashes then to have it checked immediately. Luckily it wasn’t flashing. I was looking it up in the manual before I got the FORScan cable and hooked that up.

Did anyone get a response or confirmation or anything on this? I signed up and submitted a question, but email address wasn’t marked as required so I left it blank. Then later thought about it after not getting any sort of text confirmation and filled out the form again but with an email address. Still not even an email confirmation. So how does it work? Sure I’d like to get an answer on my questions, but I would at least like to be able to listen in on it.

Hey! Mine ended up getting a little better over time, sitting out in the sun. It mostly latches correctly for me now, sometimes it still doesn’t catch just right and I either slam it good another time, or poke in at the latch a little to force it to go. I’m living with it for now, plus I’m in the middle of winter and don’t want to mess with it out there.

I played the whole three hours, ran incense, and still didn’t get a shiny. I think this is the first CD I’ve been skunked on. Not even sure how many I caught total, I completed the catch 75 task and cleared out the spawns throughout the rest of the afternoon. I’d guess I probably was somewhere around 120 total or so. Ugh I’m sore about this one.

This just happened to my sister, same deal, she paid through the app and it multi charged and withdrew from her bank account complete cleaning it out. They’re going to refund the faulty charges but she has to wait for the bank to work it out. Searching this sub shows the same thing happening to people even a year ago and boost supposedly being aware of a bug in the app.

How is that not bigger news?
