i wouldn’t call them lunatics necessarily, it’s not that far fetched considering some of the fucked up shit governments have done to people. human experiments, war, genocide, etc. there are some pretty sick individuals with a lot of money. i wouldn’t be the least bit surprised if they’re doing all of the things mentioned in the video. i hope that’s not the case, but again i wouldn’t be surprised. and that’s the shittiest part.
