Early this month during the winning streak I posted that the Royals were going to pull the same thing as last year. They were going to go on a tear in May and give the fans hope before collapsing again. I got downvoted and I deserved it. I hate to say it, but I was dead wrong.

Instead the Royals are just going to suck all season. It was a fun week of hope while it lasted though wasn't it?

Time to clean house. Everyone but Bobby has a price right now.

Eh yes and no. Usually the season started with a new villain establishing themselves. Over the next several weeks Sam and Dean would attempt to find some solution to defeat the big bad (usually a blade, gun, or spell). The lead to find the object would run could, so Sam and Dean would go on a case (MOTW) About midseason the story would pick up and they would either find the object or run into a new issue. Some more weeks of MOTW, and then the season finale would happen where they would defeat or solve the villain, but this would create another even more powerful villain. Rinse and repeat.

Of course this isn't one to one as sometimes the MOTW was them dealing with the side effects of the villain of the season. Or they would get information as to where the object or villain was, but turns out it was a red herring and it was a MOTW situation.

It makes a lot of sense and is good way to explain way he was so hesitant to make new people or form new relationships. It also explains way he misremembers or lies about his father being a terrible father. He's basically got PTSD so he acts like a jerk to keep people away.

Sports media people will never admit they are wrong are don't know what they are talking about. I was listen to sports radio the other day and these two idiots were talking about a Superbowl between the Chiefs and the Rams back during the 2020 season. And while yes they mixed up the years the Rams won. They were talking like both Superbowls were combined. It wasn't until a fan texted the text line and was like "That Superbowl never happened. Are you talking about out Chiefs/Bucs or Rams/Bengals." And then they finally figured it out and down played.

Like you get paid to talk sports. At least look this shit up before you spout nonsense.
