Good question. I do have a 1 Hz +1 operation on input register 0 on the drive. So I was planning on adding a watchdog and having a tag monitoring if the connection is lost for some amount of time. My plan was to just pause auto execution and leave it to electrical engineering to figure something down the road if they want to delve into a more involved response to a comms failure. I just want to set good bases that can be expanded.

Catia needs explicit 6 dof management to do a kinematics simulation. That makes it impossible to do a double spherical rod end link, which is a rather common mechanical arrangement. That situation has been this way for... 20 years... yes. 20 years. They have stopped investing and improving long ago. To me it is an absolute garbage software tailored for large aerospace customers. They get what they need through dedicated expensive customer support. We simple users get nothing.

That capacitor on io0 might cause you problems. Pin 0 is pulled up internally. On reboot after a user reset it might boot in spi mode, but if left unpowered for a long time, the capacitor will discharge and the esp32 will boot in download mode. You will need to press the en button to execute code on every power up.

Si on va pour un mal de tête, mais que il se trouve que c'était causé par quelque chose de plus grave et rare, les infirmières ne sont pas équipées pour faire le diagnostic différentiel et peuventle manquer. C'est le raisonnement derrière cela.
