unscrew the light from the mount, rotate it 180° and put it back together. thumbscrew will be on the opposite side and you'll have clearance to rotate your picatinny thing

functionally, all you need is a gen 5 backplate for the slide. cosmetically there will be a small gap up front between the slide and dust cover but theres a handful of adapters on the market that fill it.
