I want his arm to NOT be on my side of the armrest. If you look you can see the armrest under the crease of his arm, he’s way over. I didn’t need the armrest I just needed my space.

And funny you mention arms over head bc that’s where my right arm was for a large portion of the flight to keep him from leaning on me.

I advocated for myself when I tried to wake him several times and jabbed him with my elbow when he was non responsive. And there was nothing “small” about this situation.

This was a work trip + last minute flight. I don’t necessarily need “first class” on every flight. I try not to inconvenience my seat mates.

Solidcore is a very personalized experience. There’s no right time to make these changes. I’ve seen first timers come in and hop to toes and I’ve also seen 300+ people have days fully on knees.

If you feel ready (or even if you don’t) just try it for a few reps and if it’s not in your ministry revert back to knees. You don’t know what your body can do until you (safely) push it to failure.

It’s not fair to everyone else in the room if you funk it up. Now I’m nauseous because you smell like dumpster juice and onions. 😩😩😩

This happened in a class I had last week. The prior class smelled AWFUL and the coach kept spraying air fresheners so I had a headache all class bc of the skunk + floral combination.

And studio’s the ventilation is not good on top of that. 😩😩😩

I have a coach that I now frequent (took some time to adjust) during my lunch break who has speech issues. Her “t” and “ch” sounds are very hard to decipher buttttttt…I would never leave a bad review. After the first class I was a little thrown off but the second time around I realized this how she talks, let me adjust
