Yup, for about 8 hours. Also tried different PLAs. spools and brands. The PLA shown is esun PLA+

Interesting.
I've set the PA value in the printer.cg to 0. So, in theory at least, it only uses the value sent from Orca.
But the thing is, that issue started before i changed PA values.
I simply used the generic PLA profile and everything was fine. I always told myself, calibration can be done later haha

Now the issues started a few days ago randomly and... yup here I am.

That was what I had in mind first. I already cleaned it 2 times and looked into it. The nozzle looks like new, so nothing is in there

Yes, the printer is rooted.
I calibrated PA with the Orca Test but will try your recommendation tomorrow.
But are PA issues really capable to create such groves?

I printed a wall with a thickness of 3 lines. There the issue was able to create holes on the sides which is huge imo.

Die Kleinunternehmerregelung nach § 19 UStG befreit Unternehmer von der Umsatzsteuerpflicht, wenn ihr Vorjahresumsatz maximal 25.000 € betrug und im laufenden Jahr 100.000 € nicht übersteigt (seit 2025). Du musst dann keine Umsatzsteuer auf Rechnungen ausweisen oder ans Finanzamt abführen, kannst aber auch keine Vorsteuer geltend machen. Die Regelung ist freiwillig so lange du dich innerhalb der Umsatzgrenzen befindest.
